Enter your support key

Your technician will provide a one-time support key. Enter it when prompted to start the session.

Allow remote access

Approve the download/permission prompts so our technician can connect and assist you securely.

Troubleshooting

  • If nothing happens, check your browser downloads and allow the GoTo helper to run.
